What can be returned
Can be returned
- Unopened items in their original packaging, within 30 days of the day you receive them
- Unopened pumps
Can't be returned
- Opened or used items
- Electronics: automation panels, controllers, timers, power supplies, lights and transformers
Pumps and motors are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If one has a problem, call or email us.
Return shipping
You pay the shipping cost to send the item back. There's no restocking fee.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we refund the original payment card. It can take up to 10 business days for the refund to show up.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrived damaged or it's the wrong part, don't send it back as a normal return. Call or email us and we'll ship you a new one, and we cover the shipping.
How to start a return
- Call or email us with your order number.
- We send you the return address and instructions.
- Ship the item back. Once we receive and check it, we refund your card.
