Pool Pump and Filter Replacement in Miami
A pool pump or filter usually gets replaced for one of three reasons: the motor is finished, the filter tank has cracked, or an old single-speed pump is running up the electric bill. The Pool Palace sells the equipment and installs it, out of the same store on SW 24th Street, so you are not buying a part in one place and hunting for someone to put it in somewhere else.
What we replace and install
- Pool pumps. Jandy FloPro, VS FloPro and ePump, and Pentair WhisperFlo and IntelliFlo, including upgrades from single-speed to variable speed.
- Pump motors. Century replacement motors, when the pump body is still in good shape and only the motor has failed.
- Pool filters. Jandy CS cartridge filters and other cartridge filters, sized to your pool and your pump.
- Filter cartridges. Replacement cartridges matched to your filter model.
- Valves and plumbing. The valves, unions and PVC that usually need to change when the equipment does.
Why have it installed instead of doing it yourself
Variable speed pumps run slower for longer and use much less electricity than single-speed pumps, but they only save money if they are set up for your pool. Manufacturers like Jandy also tie the equipment warranty to professional installation, and on a pump that can cost more than $2,000, that matters. Our licensed technicians handle both.
Not sure what you have? Take a photo of your equipment pad or bring in the model number, and we will tell you what fits before you buy anything. If your equipment just needs a repair, see pool equipment repair. If the filter only needs cleaning, that is part of our weekly pool maintenance or can be booked on its own.
We cover all of Miami-Dade County, from Miami Beach down to Florida City. Call (305) 226-3050.
